Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that every business and organization has unique marketing needs and budgets, so we work with you to create a plan that fits. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you need full-service social media management or a single graphic design asset, we'll build something that makes sense for you.
Marketing and advertising shouldn't feel like just another line item on a budget spreadsheet. We want your investment in Sweet Boy Marketing to feel intentional, valued, and worth every dollar...because when your marketing wins, we ALL win!
Monthly Work (Recurring Clients): Ongoing social media management, paid advertising, and similar recurring services are billed as a flat monthly fee, due by the 15th of each month via online invoice. We prefer payment by check to keep costs down for you, but if you'd rather pay by ACH or credit card, we're happy to accommodate that with a small convenience fee added to your invoice.
Out-of-Scope Work: Any work that falls outside your agreed-upon scope is billed at $100/hr with a one-hour minimum.
One-Time Projects: For standalone projects like graphic design or website builds, we require 50% of the project fee upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due once the work is approved and complete.
Consulting: Consulting is billed at $100/hr with a one-hour minimum.
Discovery Meeting: The initial Discovery Meeting for prospective clients interested in partnering with Sweet Boy Marketing is complimentary. There is no charge to explore if we're a good fit!

Short answer: yes! At the end of the day, your accounts, website, and digital platforms are yours. We would never gatekeep that access.
That said, we've found that too many people posting without coordination can sometimes feel like "too many cooks in the kitchen" and create inconsistency in your content. Communication is really the key here. If something comes up last-minute or you want to share something timely and important, just send it our way (that's literally what we're here for!) We want you to feel like you can always reach us, and we'll handle it.
In the rare case you do post directly, we just ask that you give us a heads up so we can stay in the loop. And if you want to stay involved and have a little fun with your platforms day-to-day, we love encouraging clients to post Facebook/Instagram Stories. It's a great way to stay active and present without disrupting the overall content strategy.
